To report a late arrival, early dismissal, an absence, or if your student has an appointment, please email [email protected] with the student’s name, class year, and all information necessary for a smooth arrival/dismissal.
- In cases of inclement weather, St. John’s follows the school closing policies of Montgomery County. Emergency weather announcements will be posted to www.stjohnschs.org and to SJC’s social media platforms, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- In addition to announcements, parents and guardians will receive email and text notifications from the SchoolMessenger system. A message will also be sent in Canvas. PLEASE DO NOT PHONE THE SCHOOL.
- For late starts, regardless of Montgomery County’s starting time, St. John’s will follow the LATE START SCHEDULE, with classes beginning at 10:10 AM and ending at 3:00 PM.

Parent Organizations
With a history dating back to 1947, St. John's parent clubs are volunteer organizations that host social events for parents and provide support for many of the social and fundraising events at St. John's. All parents are welcome to join these organizations.
