As part of St. John’s Entrepreneurial Center curriculum, members of the sophomore class attended an optional two-day, overnight experience on social entrepreneurship, innovation, and design thinking.
During the program students developed their entrepreneurial mindsets to critically analyze the world around them, recognize their passions and creative strengths, and learn the methods necessary to create lasting and positive change. This unique opportunity took place March 26–27 at the Claggett Center in Buckeystown, MD. The workshop was led by Henrik Scheel, founder and CEO of The Startup Experience, Inc., an entrepreneurial training firm based in San Francisco. Watch a short video about the experience online.
